- Heart coherence – how to connect to your heart and focus its energy
- Understanding your energy body/soul and chakras
- The role and function of DNA
- Trauma – what it is, how it gets embodied, and how it affects our daily lives and health
- How to clear, transform, and heal trauma – practice sessions giving and receiving this work
- Treatment of diseases arising from trauma or other causes
